Brenda always gets your orders correct! She’s amazing. The staff is very nice also and they’re very kind to their customers. Only been here twice, so don’t know much about the place. If you’re looking to be treated fairly and get your coffee done on time, my good friend Brenda is the best! ud83dude01

Service is very good, even under COVID-19 restrictions. The staff was cordial and friendly, hustling to serve customers their food. Very well organized.

There’s a girl named Erica and she has terrible customer service. She put up a show in front of everyone yelling to my mother stating she needs to put her face mask up correctly (which she did) and if she has breathing problems, she should go outside and deal with it. I agree that you have to use the mask correctly, but there are people with medical conditions like my mother asthmatic and sometime it is uncomfortable for her. She could say it in a more professional and kind manner and it would be more understandable. But in the form she acted was really unprofessional. We found it very rude. It’s ashamed cause we like this Starbucks and they serve us really well for years. But if they have no problem bringing in people in their business like that. Than there is nothing else to say

Always very slow the lady at the register doesnt know what she is doing and has a long line! The whole station place where they make the coffee is not clean at all it looks nasty! Horrible service even when not busy.

I've been to this place multiple times and the people is really nice, however I got a grande brown sugar oatmilk espresso and 1/4 of the drink was missing. I was In a rush and didn't had time to go inside or wait in line again to complain.
