The 30 second experience I had walking in to this Starbucks after ordering through the app was beyond pleasant. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming and charming. It makes me jealous of the people who get to walk in often since I live more than 25 miles away and happened to be in the area. Good job staff!
Slowest Starbucks ever, ordered curbside and waited 30 minutes. I had to go inside and still had to wait for someone to even acknowledge I was there. Was able to get my coffee because I heard and employee say “there is a curbside pickup” and I told them that it was probably mine. Hire more employees or improve scheduling to make sure processes and client service is not affected.
This store used to be good now they make drinks whatever they want to this time was a hot chocolate when it should had been a white mocha, if I am paying atleast give me the drink I ordered.
Ordered through mobile app and picked up in store. Waited more than 20 minutes for the order while all the cars for the drive through all done and gone. Don’t know what’s going on with this Starbucks.
We love Starbucks drive through! Our Starbucks is on SW US 1, Palmetto Bay. Very friendly person at the order counter! We even pick up Starbucks whole Bean Verona Coffee . Lovely! We love Cappuccino and Cafe Latte and iced water too.
