Sky Zone Cutler Bay

Kids had a blast, not too crowded. The reason why I gave it 2 stars instead of 5, is because of the 10 kids bouncing in the main open bouncing area, only 4 had on masks. No one said anything, staff and managers walked by without a word. They even came by with a training class and nothing was said. We have had monthly passes since this place open and my daughter loves staying up late and going to glow nights. They said on the website they were following all guidelines, but they are not. This was are first time back since last March and I guess we won't be returning until covid safety measures are actually enforced. I didn't feel like my kids were safe in anyway. Too over protected. Just making sure they don’t get hurt in their pocket. They make you sign a waiver and still somebody asking you not to jump together, or against the the walls. I mean if you wanted the money , just ask me. Cause I explained I was not playing with anybody’s kids. I was playing with my kids and I already signed the waiver so what was the point. Not coming back.

It's fun for like 30-45 minutes and that's about it, there aren't a lot of things to do especially for the younger ones. It's a bit over priced and the equipment looks worn out. The sponge Pitt looked horrible and little pieces would stick to your socks and clothes. I've seen other locations in better shape with more things to do like obstacle courses and rock climbing.

Sunday Funday at sky zone with my children. Each one had a blast. Great place for the kids to enjoy. Must wear mask, purchase socks and fill out waiver before purchasing tickets through your phone.. Definitely recommend ud83dudc4c ud83dudc4d

Took my daughter for the first time tonight and she loved it! Highly recommend the Glow party, the menu could be better but overall I loved it. Very friendly and nice staff, will most definitely be back!!!
