Domino's Pizza

Employees are always nice. The pizza is always delicious. I always pick it up, cause I like it really hot and I live far away. My go to, cause I can afford a 3 topping, under $9.

I ordered a pizza medium 3 toppings also the twists. The twist were fine however, the pizza was awful the freeze was so bad it was in a puddle in the box. The crust was soggy. It tasted like maybe they had an order someone didn’t pick up and they threw some bacon on it and sent it to me after it had been there all day. It wasn’t even hot. Called to complain but whoever answered the phone could care less. Guess I will get my pizza elsewhere Pizza Hut or papa Murphy’s.nnGayle

The 1st Ave Kennewick WA Domino’s went above & beyond to provide an 18th Birthday lunch for my nephew Liam. Not only did they delivery on time (necessary due to school) but they greeted him with a Happy Birthday as he opened the door & also wrote a Birthday Wish from me to him on the box. During these Covid times & having to start your Sr Year of school remotely, little gestures mean a lot. Thank you so much!

Messed up order which I totally understand. The added item was something that my mother is allergic to and cannot just pick off. I let them know that I ordered item without X item but it was on the food. Phone call was fine at first but individual began responding in a curt manner and flat out told me he did not want to fix the order as they were busy. He said he could refund me for the item. I explained I would rather have the item fixed as this was the only item my mother wanted. I was then told they were out of other ingredients for the dish, fine. He then says they are swamped and that it will take up to an hour to get the fixed dish out to me. Cut to, everyone has eaten with mother with no food. Same guy quality controlled item (which took 15 minutes the first time to miss the ingredient the first time). Customer service was not horrible but the curt answers which turned to inappropriate handling of the situation was greatly unpleasant (I understand mistakes happen and gave the guy every opportunity to make the situation right and did not raise my voice nor speak poorly to him) Delivery drivers were both very friendly so they have that going for them. The driver declined taking the incorrect item back (likely due to policy due to COVID) and was very polite. Overall, this experience was not worth the money spent at this location. After a total of 2 hours and 25 minutes everyone said the food tasted fine.

Always friendly, fast and dinner is great. Nice variety. Prices are good.
