We never had an issue before this but we also don't order from here very often. The prices on their pizzas are pretty high compared to other places nearby.nnYesterday as a treat; we ordered 2 pizzas, 1 side of garlic knots, and small fries for our toddler. One of them was supposed to be a deep dish. When we got it home, kids were starving and we didn't want to bother bringing back the order and complaining or getting it replaced. We don't have time for that since the kids and husband were really hungry.nnThey looked disappointed at one of the pizzas. I went to look at it and there were barely any toppings and the deep dish looked like a regular pizza. It seemed like they didn't let the dough rise overnight or something. Only reason why we know this, is because my hubby used to manage a Pizza Hut. The stuffed crust looked fine but I'm not sure if we'll order from any Pizza Hut locations for a while.

Pizza was good but the manager was very unprofessional, she does not know how to keep calm and work under stress! My mother who does not know good English tried asking why her order was not ready when they had told her go in 5 or 7 minutes. A lady with the same first name as my mom had called before us and insult them but that was not my mother! So she assumed and treated my mom horrible! When I went in to see what was going on there was two other costumer waiting also and smirking because how bad she was being with my mom. She did even let me ask why she was treating her the way she walked away from me! And I called and she didn’t even verbally apologize she said she would give us 40 dollar credit. When I told her my mom had NO NEED being humiliated as in 40 dollar won’t cover how bad she made my mother feel! Then I said maybe as costumer service place you should hire bilingual people and she said “if you know anyone who speaks Spanish tell them turn in an application” very unprofessional, shouldn’t be a manager in first place if she can’t work under pressure and stay professional!

I called for 30 minutes with no answer to add to my order then my pizza arrived cold.

I ordered a large pizza & hot wings with four 20oz sodas. My order arrived cold because it was delivered over an hour after the expected delivery time, and they forgot the sodas. When I called to complain, the manager said they'd refund/credit me for the pizza & wings, and they'd have the driver return to drop off the soda. Cool, right? No. The driver came back over 2 hours later around 11pm. I was already in bed and had forgotten about the sodas. I also didn't receive any type of credit or refund for the cold, late food they delivered. So in the end, they were inexcusably late with cold food, missing items, and when called out on it, they didn't make good on their promise to compensate my order.
