Oh where to start!n1. Had three locks Medici installed at my business and the old guy literally decided he needed to drill a hole and place a sheet metal screw into my steel door where it shows near the lock because a decorative trim was in his way! Ruined the door aestheticallyn2. Installed a door set so loose it had to be fixed a few weeks later. Parts that were used didn’t fit rightn3. Asked to have a new cylinder put in instead he rejected the old one which had a bad finish so I went back then he said he couldn’t do it while he refunded my payment he didn’t fix the screwed up reneged cylinder so now my old key doesn’t fit. He said it would fit before I left
