Brianna is our property manager with Celski. She manages 3 buildings for us. As small landlords who live on the other side of the state we rely heavily on Brianna to take care of any issues that come up at our buildings and with our tenants. From small repair and replacement projects to full remodel projects, and handling unique tenant situations Brianna always comes through for us. We are grateful and recommend her highly!

This company is very sneaky. They are far from professional. And there seems to be many other reviews below that agree with my perspective.nnThey say one thing and do another. I think that if the owner was not in this business he/she would be stuffing sausage somewhere. Or maybe defending mobsters in district court.nnBreaking rules is what they do. It seems they train their agents to act in a consistent low life way.nnBe afraid, be very afraid!! Run don't walk!!

We worked with Mike and he was absolutely the best! He was always available and informative in all aspects regarding our rental. Would absolutely work with him again and recommend him to anyone looking for a property management company!

I have never rented from this company but I do not think I would want to. If Craigslist is any indicator how they do business, they post their ads on Craigslist breaking the rules spamming everyday.nnCraigslist has a rule for every forum which is one ad per 3 days (in this case per home). Celiski posts like 5 ads a day per home.
