Just like the other reviewers, I had significant problems getting a response, however, the owner of the company got involved and everything went smoothly from then on. I have to admit that they actually did a pretty amazing job, the installation was seamless. I think they jus have some major personnel issues that are getting solved. I think at the end, they pretty much made up for all the time wasted.

I also had the exact same issue as the previous reviewers. This company didn't show up to the appointment or call. Myself and the Generac rep left messages, and no one responded. Very unprofessional and I question how legitimate this company really is.

Terrible...Same issue. Left several messages (6) and received no call backs- all calls go to answering service. Finally got a live person, rescheduled and no one showed up. Took day of work for the appointment only to have time wasted. I have yet to receive a call back, glad never placed an order with this company.

terrible customer service. wasted month waiting for an appointment that was a no show. no answered calls. they hide behind an answering service
