Seen a change for the better here at this location! I used to go elsewhere even though this was the closest pharmacy to me but gave them another chance and glad I did. They have been very responsive when I call with great service by the new pharmacist and staff. I even recently came back for my flu shot with Dr. Mike painless. Switched my whole family over to this location.

Unfortunately the pharmacy of this CVS is chronically affected by recurrent problems processing orders and prescriptions. Mistakes happen, but they have been very often at this location. Doctors offices send prescriptions electronically, and somehow these prescriptions are still lost. When I have spoken to the staff about a particular one, they simply states that the doctors office needs to send it. I asked if they might reach out and communicate with the doctors office to coordinate and see what happened, and they simply adamantly refused. They state that they, “don’t call doctors offices regarding prescriptions.“ That would be news to me as, since I’m a physician, I receive multiple calls from pharmacies every day asking for clarifications and renewals of missing prescriptions. It is just standard pharmacy practice and every other pharmacy, but somehow not at this one. If you were able to have your medications taken care of at any other pharmacy, I would do that.

Manager rude rude rude. Had to wait long time to get help on top of that she had an attitude.

Worse CVS in the neighborhood. Phone always on hold for longest time. Staff are not attentive. Line is long. Self check out doesn't work. Shelf never retock every time I came in. They dont even clean the pictures printing machine which people often touch alot. Always a thug outside of the door begging for money. Better be careful when you walking out.

90% of the time, when I come to pick up a prescription, the pharmacy hasn’t even started to fill it. This time, however, they told me to drive around the drive through again, promising that the order will be filled when I came around again. An hour later, after waiting in line at the drive through, they changed their story and said there were no prescriptions left and I had to have my doctor order refills. On the CVS app, it showed I still had 2 refills. When I called for an explanation for withholding/lying about medicine that I needed, they kept me on hold until I became tired of waiting. Just a warning of what to expect if you fill prescriptions here.
