Terrible service. They made my order wrong despite the instructions being so simple and straight forward. If they are unable to make it properly they should just say so instead of butchering my drink and making me spend money. Avoid this one and just find another Starbucks.
this place is always short or out of products and coffe. sorry we dont have decaff, sorry we don't have that flavors. no help when it comes to information of activating a starbucks card or how to get points. this is ALWAYS.
Favorite Starbucks location! Staff is really nice and attentive. They work fast and the wait is never long.
The line is pretty long typically, I’m not sure why they haven’t opened an actual Starbucks location at this mall yet. Even though, they are always punctual and fast when it comes to delivering drinks. Thank you guys.
I had asked for a cappuccino. Tasted the cappuccino and it tasted beyond bitter. Tried to fix it by adding what I usually do whenever it is too strong for me. I wasn't able to make it to what I like. I asked the lady, in a nice way, if she can sweeten my drink. She flat out tells me no because cappuccino is not sweet and that no Starbucks does that. I told her that I've been to multiple Starbucks and they have done it. Again, the answer is no and she tells me to do it myself. Well, I threw my drink away and I'll make sure not to revisit. What a great attitude.
