Rented a unit here to store a camper for a few weeks until we could make the 2 hr trip back to pick it up and originally my gate code wouldn’t work when I dropped it off or picked it up for our original trip. Spoke with the owner who said she would fix it. Come back to pick up my camper and (for the 3rd time ) my gate code isn’t working at 3pm on a Monday afternoon. Owner isn’t answering or responding to voicemails, eventually her “son” walks out of the office/house and says he’s the security officer and lets us in after showing our paperwork and receipt. Very unprofessional and luckily we got in after a 2 hour drive.
Facility is much better than when the first review was written 6 yrs ago. I have had a unit here for longer than that. They have new owners as of 4 years ago and they have made improvements to boot. All new employees too. They actually help you out if you have a problem.
Store our 29 ft travel trailer, very seasonal rate, very polite lady, easy pay method. Storage very secure, no problems in the year we have been there
Not very helpful. Lady in office seemed to be on drugs and not aware of what was going on. Never in office during posted hours. Gate closes at 7 and you cant even get in to overnight drop box to pay storage. If I had truck I would definitely go somewhere else.nShe also called me after renting unit for 4 months trying to increase storage fee when I had contract. Don't really trust them very much.
