Asked for more info, was told to call. So i did. Only to be asked what time i would like to work out. I said round 8. Then he said they were booked at the time. So i asked what time is it less busy. He answered with “we aren’t taking members we are booked” ... umm okay why waste my time and have me call you?
The owner is awesome friendly knowledgeable, and can personalize a workout for any individual and body type. It is cheap clean and straight forward pricing no yearly club fees on top of monthly dues. You can tell he is in the business for the love of it
Called at least 5 times leaving messages trying to set up an appointment to become a member. Was called back 6 months after I called initially, probably a good gym but how do you become a member?
Ondre trains my son twice a week. I've seen vast improvement in his strength and stamina.
Best old school gym in town.
