Sonja and gabbi are the most welcoming, kind, loving souls you'll ever meet! Their vinyasa classes are always so rewarding and make for a great rest of my day. Highly recommend you'll definitely be in for an amazing experience

All the instructors I have met (Alyssa, Gabbi and Sonja) have been excellent teachers, nice and genuinely caring about any questions or concerns I have when practicing barre or yoga. I came here with a small amount of practice under my belt but felt totally at home and confident thanks to the instructors. Even though I'm often sore afterwards, the atmosphere and classes definitely keep me coming back and make me want to continue to practice, wherever life takes me. I feel like the prices are reasonable considering all that you get, and how amazing you feel afterward.

I wish I tried yoga sooner. Great classes, great pricing options, great instructors... I wish they had more classes.
