Then, wow, the hot yoga invigorates you just as you are. Teachers are fully experienced. Many different folks here for many reasons all enjoying the same depth of health together. Within a week I gained flexibility in my IT bands and a sore shoulder. I'm sleeping better and just feel better in general. I've probably lost 6-10 lbs. if you've got someone on your holiday list that could benefit from this please consider this. Friendly instructors and clean facility.
As a business owner myself, I notice and appreciate all the extra effort that these guys make to take care of their students and produce a quality product. Their facility is nice and the staff is knowledgeable. Great yoga experience.

Great place. It doesn't matter if you are a beginner or advanced the staff treats you very well and is helpful. I highly recommend trying Bikram Yoga.
