I’ve been a member for about a month now and I’ve had some great experiences but last Friday I l left with a bad one. My kids and their friends were enjoying the rock climbing when Julie came in yelling at Christian. Telling him these girls are signed up to be in the gym not rock climbing. (No one was signed up to do rock climbing and my daughters never once tried it)nJulie was yelling at him like a child. I felt embarrassed for him. No one should ever be treated like that especially in front of clients.nEven if he was in the wrong-he should have been pulled aside and talked to in private. Shame on Julie and everyone else that allows this type of behavior.nI do want to say Christian was wonderful with my kids ages 5, 8, and 10. So patient and encouraging!
