Power Athletics Compound (PAC)

I am very disappointed with the service I have received from Mr. Robles owner of Power Athletics Compound. On Sunday November 15th 2020 I signed up for a gym membership with his establishment. Upon further consideration I realized the locations were not going to benefit me the way I had initially thought. The next day I went into the Kennewick location to cancel my membership and was told by front desk staff that I would have to pay a $600 cancelation fee. I was confused by this as the agreement I signed when applying through the website states I can cancel within 3 business days and receive a full refund. I asked to speak/meet with the manager (Mr. Robles) and was told he would call me later in the day. I did not receive a call. I called in the next day, Tuesday November 17th, and there was no answer. Frustrated at this point I went to the location again during my lunch hour to attempt to speak with Mr. Robles. I was told he was sleeping and could not see me but, I could leave him a note stating my request and contact information. I did so. After waiting all afternoon for a call back I decided to try calling again and was finally able to get a hold of him. I told Mr. Robles of my desire to cancel and pointed out what the agreement/contract I signed stated. He stated the agreement on his website is not up to date and that if I refused to pay the $600 cancellation fee he would send me to collections. Very poor customer service and business practices.
