Tony has been my coach for almost two years, as well as the coach of several members of my family. He is able to identify exactly what my body needs for my age and physical strengths and limitations, and watches carefully as I train and explains the purpose of the specific exercise. Not only is Tony knowledgeable, but he's also creative in coming up with exercises that he might need on a specific day. I always look forward to my sessions, and my body and mind feel invigorated when they finish.

World class training in the Tri-City area. If you want to be a fighter hands down this is the best gym in eastern Washington. The coaching staff is very dedicated to their programs and fighters. From personal experience I am beyond happy with the quality of training and my results as a fighter. They took my skills to the next level all areas.

I love the fact that I can train at any time. Tony and Hamlett are very helpful and easy to interact with. The equipment is first class!

The coaches are always friendly, outgoing, and encouraging. I appreciate the various classes that are offered and the promotions. They are the best!

Good atmosphere! My son looks forward to every workout. The coaches are very knowledgeable and friendly.
