So good! I had not been in a gym out side of physical therapy in 20 years... they make sure everyone feels motivated! Super friendly environment, everyone that is there is cheering for each other and helping each other push through the pain...

I absolutely love this place! I hate going to gyms because everyone looks at me because I am overweight. At Die Empty, everyone is on your side and encouraging you to finish and give your best. The staff is amazing and they are always there for you even if you are not at the gym! Very family oriented and never a negative moment. So for anyone who wants to try a new lifestyle, go in and talk to Jeanine or Mike! They are both amazing!
