I recently was trying to help a lady in Trenton that had pump problems. After speaking at length with her, I found out she had previously had a pump/well repairman work on her pump that told her she needed an electrician to work on her panel box before her pump could be repaired. After researching the Trenton area on Google and much praying, I called Tom Furst (First Electric) and explained the situation as best I could. I asked if he would check this ladies electrical panel out and access what repairs needed to be done and call me back. He contacted her and set a time up for the next day. After checking her panel box out, it was determined her home and everything was running on half power and she needed a new panel box installed. Tom was very efficient and trusting in me, just by communicating over the phone. He was very nice and only asked upfront for enough money to cover the cost of materials needed for the job. Afterwards he even did what he could to check out her pump for her, and went above and beyond repairing other things that weren't working without any charge to me. I was very impressed, and thankful for his goodwill and for helping this lady. It's not always easy to find good, honest, people to do work for you when you're not there to oversee what's really going on. He went above all my expectations and I'm so thankful for Him and a job well done at a very minimal cost. He was definitely an answer to my prayer!

I had an issue with the loss of power in half of my house. I got the name of Tom Furst of First Electric from a friend. He came out to my house on a Saturday which is unheard of where I come from. He was efficient and very knowledgeable. He explained everything he did and why. He showed me what was wrong and made the necessary repairs. It turned out to be a bad outlet, plus some loose wires in my breaker panel box. He even added an extra breaker switch to handle any overload. It took him less than an hour to complete the job and I was very happy and satisfied with his professionalism. I highly recommend to anyone who needs electrical work to call Tom at First Electric you won't be sorry.
