I took one wheel, tire with a new TPMS sensor to them so they could mount and balance it. They tried to use vise grips on my new sensor and didn’t attach the TPMS sensor correctly to the wheel and they told me it was fine. Now it’s leaking air from around the sensors seal. Had to buy a new sensor and pay someone else to remount and balance everything again.

Quick fast and done

They rotated the tires on my moms cargo van, but didn’t tighten the bolts all the way. The driver’s side wheel was so loose it came off while she was driving an expedite load to Chicago. My mom could’ve got injured because of these amateurs. The vehicle and her business was damaged. Clearly, these guys didn’t have the right tools, yet agreed to a Mercedes vehicle they couldn’t handle. We forgave them, but they deserve to be sued.
