A lousy company, years working with Certapro and the owner of this fanchisia is abusive, rude, unethical. I DO NOT RECOMMEND PAINTING WITH THEM. Terrible prices, poor performance team and very bad communication.
I am active duty Navy, previously lived in Jax, now managing our rental property from out of state. Coordinating across tenants and providers is normally a challenge, but Steve made things as painless as possible. He quickly quoted the work, gave me options based on what I wanted to get done, showed up as scheduled and finished on time with excellent quality work. Our tenants are a bit particular, so satisfying their standards isn’t easy, but Steve and crew exceeded by far. Definitely recommend based on quality, cost, and reliability. If I have another project, I will definitely look to hire Steve again.
The team that painted my house did a great job . They show up on time each day and stayed dedicated to my project until the work was completed. I would not hesitate to use them again.
Steve met us as schedule for the job evaluation, within hours we received the quotation which was competitive and provided the services as discussed. The work was executed on time and to our satisfaction, even the little touch-up identified. We will use CertaPro and Steve's services again.
