We had a horrible experience with this company! I will snap a photo of our invoice. Read your contract with this company carefully. It is 3 year contract and the fine print auto renews - there is no way out of it even if you sell your property. Furthermore, their security systems are poor quality. And were worthless for the number of years we were held hostage by their agreement. We called the manager - you referred us to the contract.
Absolutely incredible service!! The best Security System professionals you could want to manage your system. Dependable, knowledgeable staff! Highly recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing a security system.
If I could give zero stars I would. After being a customer for years I happened to notice they now offer a discount for veterans and first responders. After inquiring about it I am given two different stories and instead of simply honoring it they chose to lose my family’s business. Would not recommend.nnUpdate: That’s incorrect. No one offered to honor the discount. I was simply told no.
I am head over the Moon, (pun attended) with the security service provided by Moon Security. The staff is friendly and professional. If you are looking for the best security I highly recommend you contact Moon Security
I have had service with them at Three locations for years, called and wanted to cancel one location because we do not use anymore and they would not waive the penalty for early cancelation.
