I love Shannon's new Pilates studio in Jax Beach! It's super spacious and has the top of the line equipment! Large variety of different types of classes and multiple price ranges. Her attention to form and movement ensures you get the best workout and most importantly, injury free! Being a physical therapist, she has the real knowledge of how the body moves so I've gotten so strong with her precise instruction! I love it!
