Great customer service. They were the sub for our new house construction. After moving in when we wanted changes or something new they were very easy to work with
We have used them several times and have always been pleased. For us they have always showed up on time performed quality work at a reasonable price, we will continue to use them!
I can't say I am to keen on public reviews but there is something to be said about lack of communication. Make a schedule and if it changes...pick up a phone and let the customer know. No show and no phone call is unacceptable.
I recommend going elsewhere for your electric needs. Tim C. the manager is very arrogant and is not competent in common electric knowledge from what I experienced.
Quality of work is not my concern! My concern and issue at hand is the lack of communication.
