Ashley continues to be our man. We really do enjoy having him do our service. I enjoy picking his brain. He is very knowledgeable about our system. I certainly hope that you have others that can learn from him.nHis knowledge along with his personality puts him way above others that also do his job. Please never allow another man to service our equipment, or we will go to that other (unnamed) company in town. No threat !!! A promise!nnAlso, Nick. What a great employee here. Have experienced his visits 3 times for tech support. Super sharp and also knows his job well. Campbell should be proud to have these fellows and take care of them.nKeep up the good work.

We had a really bad clogged pipe. It was not draining in one bath and shower. Chris Needle is the one that came out and he was very nice and did amazing job. He was very thorough and good at helping us. Honest to boot witch is hard to find these days. Would highly recommend this company and if you can ask for Chris. You will not be disappointed. Price was very reasonable also.

Edit: Junior was the best! He did a wonderful job and was efficient and kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend! Old review: Always kind and helpful. Usually come in with the best rates, too. Eddie was wonderful. We like having the spring and fall maintenance program.

The team came here to our home and were on time. They were very polite, and courteous.nThroughout the day of installation communicated what steps they were doing.nInstructions were provided at the end of the day and walked us through what the team completed. Very good Instructions.nGreat job.nWe did find some leftover copper tubing that could have been disposed of but that is all.nThank you Campbell & company!

The company was very professional in every way. The receptionist that I first talked to was very nice and helpful. Kelly the technician did an excellent job and arrived wearing booties and a mask. She was very personable and knew what she was doing. She Repaired our air conditioner and got it going for us properly. The company itself was very easy to deal with. I will definitely use this company again. The work was done for a reasonable amount considering the time and the cost of the part.
