Dragos was on time and very professional. He fixed my power issue within a matter of seconds. He did not charge for this service. I also consulted him about installing pendant lights and he gave me the pros and cons about them. He was very kind, respectful, and professional. I will definitely use his services in the future.

They came out on Saturday on very short notice and determined our breakers were fine but that the load distribution we were forcing wouldn't work. So, they did not need to change anything. They also quoted a 2 pm time and then were able to come out earlier than planned. I wanted to pay them for a coming out because I interrupted their Saturday and they would not accept anything. Also, they were recommended by Kennewick Electric. So both were very responsive

Blown away by the kindness. This is the first time we needed help from electrician so we don't know what to expect. Tricities electric was actually recommended by another electrician I called first but fully booked at the moment. Since they have many positive Google reviews to back it up, I decided to give a try. The phone is answered right away and the next day appointment was made.nnOur problem is the power line connecting to dishwasher does not have power. We tried everything and still did not know why. Dragos came and checked the wires, found there is a switch turned off. He had that back on, everything is fine. We were not aware of the switch and its location and won't figure this out ourselves. We are ready to pay for his help but he told us this is Free. He gave my husband several good quality connectors to replace the old ones we had and taught him several things about appliance installation and safety. We got all the help and guidance for free!!We are blown away by his kindness. Would definitely go to this business if we ever need an electrician again.

Very knowledgeable, quick to call, showed up on time, got the job done quickly besides being a heck of a nice guy! Our job was small too so in this booming economy with lots of new builds, many may have skipped over our job.
