Scheduled an estimate, after waiting 40-minutes I called them to check on their status. They then gave me the number for their guy who was coming. So I called him up only to find out that he wasn't able to make it.nnThe lack of showing up and caring to follow up just let me know that my time is clearly not of value to them whatsoever.

I called this morning after a 3rd tripped switch using a blow dryer I was concerned I was having a problem with my wiring as a friend in ATL had his house burn down from that. Steve had 2 guys over promptly at 2 pm , & the issue wasn’t as huge as I expected.nnI was entertained too by the comment “you can pull 80% power off a 15 amp using LED bulbs”. Haha! Love it! I’m switching out of high wattage bulbs later, & don’t need a “rewire”!

Tim and Josh showed up on time and did a great job. You can tell they take pride in the work and service they provide. All work was very neat and tidy and they worked quickly. They took the time to discuss options with me and were eager to make sure I was fully satisfied with the end product. Highly recommend.
