Andrew was a wonderful instructor. The yoga class I took was very well done and very relaxing. The music was relaxing and the atmosphere was great.

I like the variety of options for classes. I also like the no-pressure environment and I feel like the instructors care about the experience that you have. It's where I go to de-stress and re-center. I feel like the instructors are well-trained and knowledgeable, which is important to me as well. I love it!
