I am not a person to complain on a company’s website unless I’m really upset... so to be honest the only reason I go to CVS is for my prescriptions because unfortunately my husbands insurance uses Caremark only, so I am forced to. CVS is never ever ever ever fully stocked for anything when you come in, I feel like I get dirty just by walking in most CVS stores, and this is not a joke. This orange park one is probably one of the nicer ones. The one at Blanding and Collins in Jacksonville I swear to you I’ve been bit by bugs in it.. just makes my skin crawl... regardless, who the frick closes a pharmacy at 5 on a Saturday??? 5!!! Like you aren’t a small private pharmacy, you are a large chain and should be open I would think at least till 7 or 8 on a Saturday. Sunday’s I would understand limited hours... but what the flip! Gahh. Sorry the reason this is 2 stars instead of 1 is for the young man at the register that was really nice. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name. The older lady next to him was not so nice... but she was alright. Ugh needless to say I won’t be getting my meds till after 10 when they open back up. (It’s my fault for not going sooner, but such is life)

I'm tired of having to follow up to make sure things are correct every time just to be told one thing by one person and something else by another. It's always stressful dealing with this place.

The best thing about this cvs is Bess! What a wonderful employee. So friendly and helpful. The store itself looks pretty run down. It’s in need of a serious makeover. Stocked decently with product.

I went into the clinic with sore throat, headache, coughing and other symptoms of COVID, was expecting to get COVID test. I was told test not available today I would have to register and make a appointment. My diagnosis was a virus, not sure if COVID but here is a prescription for cough pills. The bill was $159!! I have no insurance. I left there with no answers and out a $159!nI definitely will not ever go back, and hope this message saves someone else wasting their money!

Ive been coming here for yrs for my flu shot with no problems....this yr make my appointment online was confirmed...checked in and was then told by staff that they didn't have any flu shots and I to go to another store.
