I am a senior citizen and my visit was a very negative experience. While my items were being scanned at the register, a maskless man came up behind me within 3 feet of me. I politely requested that he not stand so close to me, as I am high risk for Covid. The man started pointing his finger at me and raising his voicenwhile rudely attacking me. I asked the cashier to get the manager for help. A young male employee told the man he would ring him up at the other register, and the man continued his verbal attack on me. In leaving the store, the man drove by my car as I was getting in,nstill shouting at me. With the Walgreens sign at the door with store Covid Policies for masks and social distancy in place, as a regular customer, I expect better customer service and protection during this pandemic. FAIL.

I went today for photo service. Ben did an exceptional job working on the photo I have, very friendly and excellent customer service. 10/10

A young man named Jamie did a outstanding job helping me today. He took out his phone and he discovered they didn't carry the perfume I was looking for. So he looked up a different brand and found it and made the sale! Jamie was proficient and extremely helpful and so kind ! I haven't shopped Walgreens in years! I will now! Great job Jamie!
