Crazy maskers.....it's open in Jacksonville from masking, but they are still widely insistent. A public traded company goes by the mandates of a county and city not their own feelings. One time you go in it's no problem the next time you go in they force you to wear a mask.

This has to be one of the worst locations in town. They're always seem to be short staffed so it takes 20 minutes in the drive through, and they never get my order right, even after repeating myself multiple times in the Drive-Thru because they don't understand the first time. Having to go back out of my way and be late for work because they can't get my order right is ridiculous. then when I go back to return it for my correct drink they tell me that they're out of what I asked for.. so they just assumed I would be okay with whatever they gave me, and that's not okay. they need some kind of management here because it's clearly run by a bunch of teenage girls.

I made a mistake when placing my order and when the associate asked me about it, I told him my mistake, and he offered to fix it even though it was 100% my fault and I didn’t ask them to fix it. It was so kind and as sad as it sounds, so unexpected these days. It just made my whole day!

Took my daughter to this location today for her birthday but unfortunately we couldn’t get the app to work to redeem her birthday drink. Sam and Meg in the drive through still hooked her up with a drink and also gave her a cake pop! Thanks so much for the great customer service and making her birthday morning sweet!

The food and coffee ☕ was standard and typically good as usual. However, the parking lot and/or Drive-Thru was Terrible AF. Trying to get into the Starbucks area was difficult and a Logistical Nightmare!!! This is why this Starbucks gets a ud83cudf1f ud83cudf1f (2) out of 5!!!
