Love this location! Tyler,Rodney,Liz, they are awesomeud83dude0a updated review. This location has really went downhill since the change in management. The current staff is very aloof, orders are almost always wrong which I chalk up to poor listening skills. I always have a long wait both for inside and outside orders

I honestly can't get enough of this location and not only is the food and drinks completely on point but the staff are more than friendly and professiona. This place deserves an award in the area for best quality service with amazing food and drinks to top off the experience each and every time. Keep up the Good work y'all and never let anyone take away y'all's shine because it's blinding from where I'm standing!

Wish I could give this a negative... I asked for a small nitrous cold brew... lady said they ran out but they still had the coffee for it, whatever that means.. I know the caffeine in the nitrous is exactly what I needed so I said ok.. give me that, small size with sweet creamer no added sugar. I got a large coffee with milk and sugar. I tried at the window telling the guy that's not my order, he said its blah blah blah, no? I said that doesnt look like my order at all! He kinda pushes it towards me anyways, so I reluctantly took it. I should have protested more. I'm lactose intolerant so I cant drink this mess. I figured out there was milk and sugar when I took a couple of sips from it. I tried calling NUMEROUS times and NO ONE answered! I got this to do so I cant go back and go in. I'll be disputing the charge on my bank statement.

Great customer service! Minus one star because they seem like they fall apart after 12-1pm and the wait in the drive thru can literally be 10-15 minutes! I understand they have to watch productivity/staffing but it's a little ridiculous.nnNote: I decreased one more star due to the ongoing extremely long wait times in the drive-thru.

After having my drinks made inconsistently lately, I went in today not knowing what to expect. The barista, Billy, totally blew me away. He immediately greeted me and interacted with me while making my drink and made sure it was perfect! I saw him interact with multiple customers while I was waiting and was truly impressed.
