A typical drive thru experience

My order was fresh and really good even though the first sandwich I ordered was the wrong one. But I went back through the drive thru and they were very pleasant and had no problem correcting my order. Having great attitudes goes a long way. Thank you!!

Best drive thru guy. I come through a few times a week in the mornings and he starts my day off right. I've never seen him at the window but he is super friendly and sometimes we need that in the morning. Never had another McDonald's say thank you and you're welcome. Good job sir.

Ordered two plain burgers for my pregnant wife and a kids meal for my daughter. Seems simple, right? Wrong, not only was it incorrectly entered in by the kid working but when I got to the window to pick up I asked if they were plain. They weren’t. And when I asked for them to be made how I ordered them, the manager/shift leader started complaining about a “change of order at the window”. Loudly. Starting throwing items out of my bag and back in. Told to go up to next window while I waited for them to “remake” my wife’s food. After a couple minutes I left. How difficult is it to just NOT put stuff on a burger? And not only that, but they also didn’t give me my daughter’s milk. Most rude and unprofessional staff I’ve ever witnessed. Time of order: 8:30PM, 3/23/2021.

Always a great experience with this location! The staff is quick and thorough with little to no errors in orders. The new spicy chicken deluxe sandwich on the potato bun is AWWWWESOME! The sauce makes that sandwich, and it is HOT! Get a little extra sauce if you dare, but its messy ud83dude02 I wish I took a photo now to share, maybe next time bc I'll definitely be back.
