This place looked awesome! Games, food and bowling is always a great combo. However, the only service we received that was good was from the bar. The lady at the front desk was super overwhelmed. I came back to get the right size shoe for my daughter and she. She checked out 3 different families and still didn’t come help me. I had to walk over In front of her and put the other pair down for her to even look at me. They were out of a few different things on the menu, the pizza we did order tasted terrible. The only thing I can compare it to was the cheap $5 frozen tombstone pizzas and I paid $13 for it. About 1/8 of all the games in the arcade didn’t work including laser tag. The bowling lanes were super nice though and very clean. It would have been a great experience if the lanes didn’t have to be reset every 10 minutes which sucks cause you play on a timer

CDC guidelines are not in place for anyone, customers nor all staff! Majority of the staff made you feel like your an inconvenience. The sign said 2 hour wait for bowling so we decided to put our name on the list while we played the arcades. The lady at the front desk said it would actually be an hour and a half wait, even better! We asked about laser tag and was told whoever was supposed to work it that shift hadn't showed up to work so it was closed...disappointing. We went onto playing the arcades, before we knew it it had been 2 hours so I went up to the front desk and asked about how much longer it would be. There were STILL 8 people ahead of us! Needless to say we went to the bar which was great service, got drinks and ordered food. The food came out and was absolutely HORRIBLE!! NOW 3 and a half hours later out bowling lane was ready. By then we were ready to leave and let the staff know to pass it to the next person. After spending $150 for arcades, drinks and food disappointed is an understatement. We will NOT be returning!

The bartender was working alone with no help. It took me of over 30 minutes to get my 2nd beer. The customers were frustrated from the long wait in line, and the bartender wasn't getting any tips because. Whoever owns and manages this place, does a horrible job. I'm quite disappointed. The bartender was very polite and kind, but for the management to leave him without help is ridiculous. ud83dude44ud83dude44ud83dude44 It would be a great place if there were enough employees.

We had my sons 12th birthday there and to say it was unorganized and all over the place is putting it nicely. The party package states it comes with return tickets, unlimited refills and so on. We could barely find our waiter, when we finally got our drinks (20 minutes into being there) we then put the pizza orders in and they came AFTER our party time was over. We tried to eat the pizza where we were but another party had arrived early. We then (the party guests not bowling alley employees) picked up the cupcakes, table decor, and food and had to find a table in the bar area.nHowever, the pizza was great. Our first time to Splitz was so much fun but I would not recommend having a party.
