Just walked into Rite Aid for some vitamins met a young lady working here by the name of Rachel what an awesome employee. Thanks so much for the cheerful greetings during this time of stress.

Vendors can't use the restroom? Been driving all day, get to this location at 1pm and I'm denied bathroom access. Just needed to take a number one ... no wonder this location has 2.9 stars.

So we took a child to the doctor and they sent the prescription over at about 145 pm. At 645 pm I got to the pharmacy and they told me they were busy and haven't filled it yet and it would take about 20 min. Well since I was right next to Albertsons I said I would run and get what was needed to finish making dinner and be right back. They then told me if I leave the store it's going to take a couple more hours because they have to prioritize by people in the store. Helloooooooo!!!!!! I'm in the store but I'm very busy too and need to get home as soon as I can so I'm trying to save time by going to get the food then come back. They were very rude and unprofessional. Try prioritizing in the order they come in. It shouldn't take longer if someone walks out for a few min. I will never have anything filled by them again and encourage not going there.
