I've actually historically had an incredible time with Fort Lauderdale's Cyclebar franchise location. I usually stick to Classpass for convenience, but during covid, I wanted to take advantage of a promo code. Signed up and didn't realize there was an auto-pay in place. No big deal - I called to have it canceled as I just wanted to do that month (I thought I was relocating back home due to a job relocation). They let me know I was actually in a contract that needed to be canceled 30 days in advance (?!!) and forced an additional month of payment. I don't recall signing contractual paperwork or any of this being noted during the checkout process online. Unfortunate because out of principle, I will never let myself be tricked like that again by them.nnI hesitated to leave this review because I genuinely adore the instructors, but you don't get to pull that during a pandemic as if it's appropriate. A few weeks later, they published similar promo codes with the disclaimer of a minimum of 1-2 months, I believe. At least they were more transparent after I disputed the charge.

Cyclebar offers amazing spinning classes! I've been going for about a year and all the cyclebar instructors provides great workouts! It's challenging and fun all at the same time. I highly recommend taking spinning classes here because the staff are very friendly, they have incredible high energy classes and it's very clean environment.

I may be biased because I am a Regular there BUT in response to Dwigt K. S.,: Brandon is a great guy and it is the company policy that he has to enforce about the practice belaying. I am sure the next time you go back you will see thats he is a good guy and the gym is the best place to learn to climb.nn(Go sometime at 6AM and see the sunrise over Alcatraz for a fond memory!)

I love this place...The staff is always Friendly and very motivational as well....very clean and located right in the downtown area....if you are looking for a good workout, this is the place

Hop Hop Thursdays with Bryan are literally the GOAT. The energy here is amazing, and I'll definitely be coming back. Thank you for such a great workout!!
