I drop in to Crossfit boxes all over. I dropped in to Crossfit Monday early morning and was greeted by Giuseppe. HE IS JUST AMAZING. He just show he cares about his gym members but any person who comes in the door! If I lived in ft Lauderdale I would join this box just because of him and also Kevin who I also met who is a coach. I dropped in all week!! Thank you and I only have great things to say and memories to take back home. See next time.

We love it here. Great workouts, great coaching, emphasis on safety first. My only regret is we didn’t join earlier. Don’t let that be you. As a non Florida native, I was very worried about the lack of A/C, but they’ve got a giant fan and some other fans that allow it to be very tolerable. Definitely come give it a shot.

Great gym, I have been going for about 1 year. The owners are two fitness professionals who opened the gym and incorporated Olympic weightlifting, CrossFit and aerobics classes to give you the total gym experience in a box. The trainers and personal trainers are informative with an emphasis on proper technique and safety to prevent injuries plus they have great personalities. A very nice mix of locals and drop in visitors. There are various classes throughout the entire day to fit all schedules. Also there is open gym times throughout the day if you want to train on your own. I have been to many CrossFit gyms and this is my favorite based on the staff, equipment, strict cleaning procedures and class times. If you are looking for a new gym come in and talk to one of the owners, love CrossFit Fort Lauderdale.
