I tried EMS trainings with the owner of this place - Cedric and I must say that it is incredibly unbelievable how this works! If you're very busy or want to see results fast (as I did), you should try it. The price totally worth it. It was hard at the beggining, but after two or three trainings, I felt stronger and the relaxation at the end always helped me not to be sore the days after. It's a great place, super clean and with professionals that really care. Thank you for such an amazing experience!
AP Training Center is a top notch facility for both Judo and full body cross training. Cedric Perroud is a world class Judo Master instructor and athlete. His many years of competitive experience and excellent skills allow both experienced and novice students to excel quickly under his instruction. The EMS training is a great adjunct regimen to compliment anyone's current training schedule. Highly recommend
