Kim was our yoga instructor on the beach and she did a phenomenal job. It was the perfect balance of mental and physical relaxation with a great view. What a treat! Thank you Kim and keep up the good work. I highly recommend taking one of her classes! It was one of my favorites.

I love this studio so much!! I was hesitant about starting hot yoga, but now I am obsessed. Every instructor is so warm, welcoming and inclusive in their classes. I came in with little to no experience in yoga and have felt so encouraged each time I go. Great music in the classes (Emily's flow classes are my favorite !!!), and clean, beautiful studio. Love the diversity of the classes and schedule they have.

Look no further, this studio is everything you can ask for! It is absolutely stunning, friendly welcoming staff, smoothie bar, sparkling CLEAN facilities, infrared heated studios and top notch instructors!nMy yoga journey is relatively new. I didn’t know what I was looking for when I originally started. And after going around to all the local studios in Fort Lauderdale, I find myself continuing to be reassured that Sol is the best.

Very disappointed that I arrived 1 minute pasted the 10 am class and was told that I can’t enter the class because it was full. I find that odd when I received a text confirmation that I would be apart of the class. Which was silly and obviously a lie, when I asked how the class could be full if I received confirmation that I would be part of the class. The lady at the front desk changed her story and claimed that the reason she couldn’t let me in was because it would some how jeopardize the health and safety of the people already in the room?!?? Makes no sense but okay..
