Good Luck Cat Cafe????

It was a lovely organisation, ran by extremely passionate and kind humans that are making this a better world one cat at a time. I was a bit hesitant about what I would find at my first cat cafe, but this place exceeded my expectations. It was clean and the cats appeared to be in caring hands until they find their forever homes. I highly recommend Good Luck Cat Cafe to anyone looking to adopt a cat or to anyone that is need for some quality cat therapy ud83dudc31ud83dudc08

This is such a great place. Wonderful spot, great volunteers and the cutest cats. Sponsored by Lady Luck Cat Rescue, the cafe hosts roughly 10 to 15 cats at a time. During covid, they do not serve snacks and drinks and recommend that visitors schedule appointments so that social distancing can be observed. Masks required. Please visit, adopt a cat, and definitely buy their cute cat merch or just simply donate to support these cats and their wonderful rescuers! Oh! And I highly recommend you follow their social media accounts for adorable cat pics and memes.

Wonderful experience, clean, well kept, following Covid Guide lines, and wonderful selection of cats available for adoption. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking to adopt!

Don’t waste your time visiting if you have a young child. From the moment we entered the door, we felt the anxiety radiating off of one of the volunteers as soon as she saw us walk in with a toddler. He didn’t bother the cats at all. He was more interested in playing with the cat toys. We encouraged him to gently pet the cats because we wanted to make sure that any cat we were interested in would be okay around our son. He spent his time playing with the cat toys and then helped to clean up his mess. My husband and I had him within an arm’s reach the entire time we were visiting with the cats. I feel the need to write all of this out because I understand that some children do not do well around animals, but my son is far from the kind of kid that terrorizes animals. Each time we expressed interest in a cat, we were immediately told it had already been adopted. (We later found out that all the cats were still available because they continued to advertise them for adoption on their Instagram after our visit.) We were eventually told that they didn’t want to let us adopt a kitten due to our son being young. (I don’t understand this logic because older cats are usually set in their ways and I feel that having a kitten grow up around a child is usually a better fit.) We knew then that we’d wasted our time because they decided we weren’t worthy of adopting a cat due to having a child in the home. We left shortly after being told this. We wasted our time driving an hour to this place when they could’ve told us over the phone when I asked them if it was okay to bring my 2 year old. If you don’t want to adopt your cats to a family with children, please advertise this instead of making people feel uncomfortable when they visit.nnI will say that the cats appear to be in good health, and are taken care of well. The place is clean.
