It's Walmart... what's to say???
Hands down to the Joseph, Samira and Tommy, for the customer service!nI work many hours in a week and in my days off I am very busy doing errands, I schedule to pickup my groceries in the last hour for this service, unfortunately I had a flat tire and didn't make it on time. Went over there and asked if there was any way to help me out, and they were very helpful! Good communication, thank you guys! Keep up the great work.

I am not really complaining as I appreciate all that Walmart has and is doing during this horrible Pandemic. I have been ordering & picking up my groceries but having a non working air conditioner in my truck I used the delivery service today - and it was great except I didn't take the time to tip the driver. Am sorry!! My only problem is - when an item is out of stock - you offer a substitue (which is usually good) but if the original item comes in before delivery both are shipped. I now have 3 containers of bleach. I really wanted only 1 - Just letting you know that this might be happening to others.
Never been in the store here. I only use pickup for food and merch. Love it. Always satisfied with the products I order. The associates who shop and deliver to my car are the very best. Absolutely no hassles with anything.
