Love their pizza tried the papadias and they were yummy too! My boyfriend had just discovered how good the garlic knots are! He says they are so soft and almost doughy in the middle and the butter is perfect on them, he can't stop eating!
They aren't required to wear masks while making your pizza or boxing it up! I didn't see one person in there wearing a mask so I asked and they said no not required. Ithink the delivery people are but no one else!! And my cinnamon pull-a-parts were burnt =/
I ordered the medium combined pizza, 16 garlic chicken wings and free coupon medium cheese pizza which I redeem online. I have this receipt on my email. It will be enough for 4 starved customers. End up, I did not get a free pizza. Pizza driver told me to call the manager. My girlfriend did call the manager for me (10pm) and the manager Bran is being mean to her. He didn’t give an apologize or resolve the issues with her. After that, I decided to make a call. He refuses to send a driver to give us a free pizza and even he lied to me that his store is closed at 8:30pm.
Always quick service. Their Meats pizza is delicious! Get it with extra sauce.
Papa Johns guarantees quality - what a joke! I used to order from this location often, on Sunday 4/19/2020 around 11AM I ordered the same pizza I always do, for 2 people so it was a half and half pizza. I used to order online but they ALWAYS mess up the order, so I started calling into the store. Yet again, they got half of the pizza wrong. I called the moment the driver delivered it and the manager acted as if I was lying and trying to con them out of a free pizza! He told me in order to send me a new one he had to get the one they delivered back, in whole! I told him this was for 2 people, one person is here hungry. They can eat the side you did not mess up and I will return the one that we did not order and that we do not want. He not only refused to provide me with what I payed for but he hung up on me 3 times. Will be reporting this incident to corporate. Customer service at this location is terrible. Take your money somewhere else!
