Little Caesars Pizza

Approximately 2 weeks ago a review was posted under the name of "Sheryl Anderson", as the reviewer. This was actually an attempt by a disgruntled ex-employee to discredit a hardworking, fair minded general manager. Reviews should be posted in order to provide the public with a fair and impartial opinion of a business. This review however, does neither. Please note that the reviewer has the same name as the reviewed individual. I should also disclose that I am currently an employee. I have worked with both parties allowing me an opinion that I feel is unbiased. I assume that the "reviewer" was attempting to ease his responsibility for the poor job performance which caused his dismissal. It should be noted that i did attempt to befriend this employee and tried to shed light on his unacceptable behaviors. This came from a place of caring and concern, which he failed to consider. Neither my GM nor the corporate franchise owner know anything about this post or in anyway requested my response. A recent windstorm in Bountiful UT caused a 48 hour power outage. Several manager's and staff from other locations came to Bountiful to help manage an overwhelming community response for a hot meal. Of course Little Caesars benefitted monetarily from this situation. However, what I witnessed were management and staff working during a very stressful situation without complaint, which went far beyond a monetary benefit.

We went in kinda late one night, and although there could've been more employees there was a lone male employee working his butt off. Service was quick and food was good for being so inexpensive. I've had issues with this location in the past, but our visit last week was nice.

Awful customer service. You would think with 4 people on staff that greeting customers wouldn't be so hard but they make it seem like such a big deal. Waited 3 minutes before even being recognized. They literally had like 4 people in line and nobody was being helped. I saw at least 3 of them leave. The man up front was rude. I understand people have bad days and I have mad respect for the workers in the food industry but there is a level of respect that should be given.

Ordered online through the app. Was given the pickup time between 5:58pm to 6:03 pm. I arrived at 6. There's was quite a line outside so I waited in my vehicle. After 20 minutes I left my vehicle and after talking to several people realized they too were waiting for orders. I decided to go in after waiting another 15 minutes. Waited in line for another 10 minutes to be helped. Finally once I received help they were able to pull up my order only to discover that the order was never even made. No pizzas. It was going to be another 15 minutes for them to make them. The only pizzas they had made were the slices and Stix. They canceled my order and did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. No offer to cover the costs of the pizza that I didn't want to begin with. Poor customer service. And clearly terrible organization where orders go missing. I'll order from the Little Caesars in Centerville from now on. Ridiculous in my opinion.
