I have been a loyal customer (because of my son) at this store for many years. Today I must tell everyone that I am very satisfied with my orders, and a big thanks to Paul (Manager) and David (Assistant Manager). They should be recognized in the Domino Pizza's upper management and customers (way more than 5 stars) because of their great customer services and such positive attitudes! Please keep up the good work!!!
It's a Domino's. They do a good job.
When recently visiting Dominos David and Janelle were amazing they were fast at helping me and made my pizza just the way I ordered. I think David and Janelle deserve a HUGE SHOUT OF FOR THE AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY PROVIDED TO ME AND MY FAMILY!!!!
We have been using this Dominos for years and have always been very satisfied with the quality of the product as well as the service. I just want to give a shout out specifically to David and Janelle, thank you for your GREAT service!!
A RISK: I ordered a pizza at 6:26 pm, at 7:20pm the tracker showed it was being prepped. I called the store they said they it would be another hour and a half, I said that is definitely too long and I need a refund, she said "ok" no confirmation number and no total so I asked how she refunded me? She said because of my phone number so I asked for a total and she told me the price of the order, I checked after I hung up, they quoted me minus a $4 tip. Not okay Dominos, absolutely incredulous!
