The entire crew made our purchasing experience great. They were helpful, happy, and kind throughout the process. They were so thoughtful toward our children and puppy! If you're looking for a camp trailer make sure you check out Blue Dog RV. Not only did they have the best selection of floor plans to choose from, the service was amazing! My wife and I had been looking for a new trailer. We had some specific features in mind for a bunkhouse and a price we wanted to stay under. We met with Caleb Peterson. It was low pressure, he answered our questions, gave some advice on features we didn't even think about, he allowed us to explore the lot on our own at our own pace. It was a super comfortable sales experience. The entire sales experience was detailed. Finance team worked with us on finding the best interest rates, even coming back and countering what our bank was willing to do. (That's usually not the case with our experience, usually my wife and I have to do the homework on finding the best rates.) When we did the pre-sale walk through of the trailer Matt was extremely detailed when going through features and operation of the trailer. My wife had tons of questions and Matt was happy to answer all of them, some of them twice. If you're in the market for a trailer, give these guys a shot. You won't be disappointed.

Allison with the sales team answered all our questions in a timely manner , especially dealing with the manufacturer. Dave in finance made the process easy & fun. Jake did a great job with the walk around. All around great experience.

Great place. Allison was wonderful to deal with. She got us exactly what we wanted at the right price. Her and her team went above and beyond to get us in our 400RL Yukon Dutchman as quickly and safely as possible. I would highly recommend Allison and Blue Dog RV Pasco, WA.
