Awesome..Pat Tyler and crew were easy to deal with. I have purchased many cars from them over the years. They are always honest and I get a fair deal. Awesome. Awesome

I don’t usually review businesses but since my experience was stellar I felt obligated to share with others. I bought a lightly used 2019 Volkswagen Tiguan from West Coast Auto Dealers this past May. Recently I started having problems with my front rotors. Since my current warranty doesn’t cover normal wear and tear, I was bummed to think I’d have to put money into a relatively new car. When I called and spoke with the service Manager, Matt, he was very accommodating. He was understanding of how frustrated I was since I recently purchased the vehicle. After going over my current situation, Matt said that he would fix my rotors free of charge out of good faith. I really appreciated this, and I’m so thankful I bought my vehicle from a company that truly values their customers. I would highly recommend others who are looking for a newer vehicle or if you need a shop to get service done on your current one, to go here!!!

Words cannot explain to the level of professionalism that I had the privilege of being involved with!!!! I had been searching for the right car for my family, and one within my range. I had been to and searched acrossed the whole state of WA and OR, and I had come acrossed WEST COAST AUTO DEALER of Pasco! All of the staff their were friendly, timely, and there for my every want and need! Blake was able to give me one heck of a deal on my new 2016 charger, and help me get the most out of the vehicle I was trading in. Not to mention, they GAVE me a FREE LIFETIME WARRENTY on everything under the hood! This is insane and unheard of, and I would know after talking to over 30+ dealers in the PNW! If you want a new/used car, and even with below desired credit experience/score, go to WEST COAST.

We drove 1 1/2 hrs to look at a couple cars, we had an appt. The salesman didn't bother to show up for the appt & he failed to tell me that the cars I was driving to look at both sold the night before.nI would not recommend this car lot & they just bought a new lot in Walla Walla. Beware

We had an excellent experience working with Ruben and his team at West Coast Auto. We were able to do the majority of the deal over the phone. He assisted in arranging an independent inspection as well as anything else we needed. Would definitely shop there again.
