Food is fantastic. Service is exceptional.nVery clean too!! Egg salad wrap, chicken salad wrap and turkey and cheese wrap were delicious!! Try the carrot cake too..so fresh and delicious!! ud83dude00

The cage only had a few people in it but all but a few tables were available. Even though it was slow the tables that I went to sit at were all dirty from previous patrons so I cleaned off my own table REALLY WELL. I ordered an Asian salad, I asked what was in it and it took a few minutes to get an answer. When I got it, it was lettuce, a few pieces of not fresh mandarin oranges, and those canned asian hard noodles. The dressing was A LOT OF OIL mixed with some Mexican red pepper and something else... I have no idea what. Basically it tasted like hot oil. I also got a smoothie, and an oatmeal cookie and those were both good. Look my son was having surgery so it's the only place to eat in the building, but at least it could have been clean, I mean it IS IN A HOSPITAL.

Seriously the only convenient food option here at Joe D and it's closed Christmas Eve. No signs posted or anything, not even last night. On top of it all, you can still make an online order and get charged for it!!! But the cafe is closed, so you won't get it. Great option when it works and your kid is hospitalized, but now the choice is to leave your kid alone for a while and jog all the way across the street for a meal or wait for someone in the family to bring you something. Great, Merry Christmas to me.

Past two days I ordered some food from them and both times had hair in my food apparently it shows they didn’t wear hairnet while making or preparing my food. They are very pricey for a the amount you get. Had a few workers with attitudes answer the phone and is to worried about what is going on around them. Never will I order from them again.
