Josh was honest and up front about different payment options and worked with me to get the best deal possible. The staff was positive and polite. They are not pushy and respect your requests and decisions. They have a very good kid area to keep them entertained. The facility was very clean and impressive. 3 months ago I called to have a warranty transmission work done. They scheduled me 3 months in the future as the first available spot.nAfter looking at my car they said sorry the warranty expired 2 weeks ago please pay us 1800.00 to fix it.nnWould have been nice if they would have told me that it was expiring. FYI: this warranty is a Ford extension due to recall. Not bought extension.nnNever take your car there.
