I had my 2004 honda accord serviced today. They called me before doing one of the components that I asked them to do. The cost of replacing a knock sensor was going to be nearly $500. I told them not to do it. I'll try and get my son-in-law to help with it. But I think it shows why they are called Integrity. I appreciate that.

Had an appointment at 8:30 for a vehicle recall. It was my only day off from work and I was promised that the repair would take no longer than an hour and a half. After waiting for two hours in the sales area, I started to wonder if there was anyone working that day since no one had come to look for me. I finally approached the service desk and the advisor Doug couldn’t be bothered to even acknowledge my standing there for 10 minutes. When he finally did, he told me that they hadn’t even started working on my car because they ‘didn’t know I was waiting’ and proceeded to place blame on another employee who hadn’t ‘wrote down on the paperwork that I was waiting’ (something that I cannot stand). I wouldn’t have had such a big issue with it, but this was the second time I had taken my vehicle there for service and the second time I had received horrible treatment from them. At the end they promised to wash and vacuum my vehicle for the inconvenience, but it was done very poorly; there were even streaks on my passenger window that hadn’t been there before. I ended up having to spend the rest of my day washing my car because it looked worse than before. The advisor also did not explain at all what the recall was for or what the process was other than something to do with the fuel pump (which he made seem like a minor issue - but, hello, fuel pump?!?) I definitely WILL NOT be taking my vehicle back there for service NOR WILL I EVER purchase a vehicle from them. I would much rather drive to Honda Yakima even though it is a two hour drive. To anyone taking their vehicle here, or buying a vehicle from here, I recommend you reconsider.

Very professional and courteous staff. Went in for manufacturer recall on an airbag and oil change. They called and said they couldn't change the oil without my permission due to the plug being to tight and afraid of stripping the pan

Very very helpful this time around. Years ago there were some incidents. OVERALL GOOD SERVICE.

Had a great car buying experience. Martin and Enver were both extremely professional and patient in the process. They understood the magnitude of the decision making that goes into buying a new car and it felt like they were there to support my decision making. I went through many used cars, pre-owned cars and new cars before settling for one. The manager Sadik was also very professional and patient in making the final deal. Scott in Finance was very patient and explained everything thoroughly. It truly felt like a family atmosphere and they took care of me as a customer. I hope to continue this positive experience and relationship into the future. Thank you!
