It is an okay place to buy a vehicle. If you have to finance anything, Adam Bender is your guy. He's been doing it for a long time, and he is totally capable and easy to like. Sales staff is okay, and were nice enough. It's a used car dealership that plays the mind games and haggling just like every other business, and is miserable in that regard. We didn't come close to agreeing on the deal we had hoped, but we probably could have done worse. When I bought my first Chevy back in 2003, the manager/owner came out and talked to me directly, which I felt was a good move. The person that makes those decisions here hides and just sends the salesguys to play middle man. Overall, my husband and I agreed that at the end of the day these guys need to make their money too, we just aren't crazy about used car tactics. Will we we back? Maybe.

You want the man? This guy is the man. Dealing with Josh was one of the best car buying experiences of my life. He was super friendly and very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were looking for. The test drive was awesome. If you buy from NWMS ask for Josh, he won’t let you down.

We when there to look at a truck. We were greeted by James. I told him that I wanted to look at a truck. We walked over there and it was sold. He told us to look around. He finally come out. He said that the truck sold for 78000 I told him that u can buy a new truck for that price. He rudely said there’s no way that truck sell for 90000. I said ur smoking crack! So I bought a new to for 75000 Somewhere Else. I will never go there to buy anything!!!

Do your research before you buy from these guys. I was lied to by a salesman. Call Les Schwab and really understand what you're buying before you buy from these guys. They exaggerate and straight up lie to justify their inflated prices. Looks aren't everything!
